Option One:

  • Use a wine from our range of wines under our house label Supporters
  • We add your organization name to a drop down box on our web site (Includes shopping Cart)
  • Place a banner featuring the supporter's wine on your organization's home page and link it to our Custom Website.
  • Market the  supporters wine label to supporters via emails, events and newsletters
  • Supporters buy the wines online from our web site with the advantage of direct shipping.


Option two:

  • You choose from our comprehensive range which wines you wish to use
  • We will assist you to design and produce your own wine label featuring your fundraiser logo, photo, art design or emblem, etc.
  • You set the bottle price for the wine and how long you want to run the fundraiser (we recommend 4-6 weeks)
  • Confirm dates - both for obtaining orders and for delivery.
  • We produce a sales/order form for you to hand out to your members
  • Distribute order forms, publicise your terrific opportunity, and wait for the interest to roll in.
  • Will happily assist you at every stage of the process.
  • Collect the order forms. Check payment options and other details.
  • Return all order forms and other information to us.
  • We label the wines you have chosen
  • Allow us two weeks to process cheques and credit cards, and to prepare all your customers' orders.
  • We have two options we can deliver all your wine at the chargeable rate per area to one delivery address (delivery to all rural areas may incur an extra delivery fee) or we can create a sellable rate that includes free delivery though this option can eat into your profit

How profitable is it?

Even if you're fundraising group is not large, the dollar-for-dollar return on specialised wine sales is a proven earner that can outperform almost any other single fundraising initiative.
